# Overview

At Starke Finance, our family of investment products will operate under the rkShares brand. All rkShares funds are registered in Delaware and managed by Starke Management LLC, ensuring that every structure follows U.S. regulatory requirements while inheriting the efficiency, transparency, and accessibility of blockchain.

### Private Funds

Our first category focuses on private funds, designed for sophiticated investors seeking access to differentiated strategies. These vehicles allow us to target opportunities across private equity, venture capital, digital assets, and alternative markets. By building them natively on-chain, we reduce operational friction, enable instant settlement through tokenized structures, and provide levels of transparency not possible in traditional fund setups.

### Mutual Funds

We also plan to introduce Mutual-fund structures, offering diversified portfolios accessible to a broader range of investors while maintaining regulatory compliance. These funds will follow a more traditional framework but will integrate blockchain’s programmability for reporting, fee calculations, and real-time NAV tracking. The objective is to combine the stability of traditional mutual funds with the efficiency of tokenization, paving the way for long-term adoption.

### ETFs and the Path Forward

Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) represent one of the next steps in our roadmap. In the U.S., ETFs can currently only be listed on public exchanges, which limits their immediate availability on-chain in a native way. However, there are continuous changes in US regulation potentially evolving towards blockchain based public exchanges. Our vision is to be ready for this transition.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.starke.finance/products/managed-funds/overview.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
